How to join a course.....

You will be provided with the Enrolment for and ask you to complete and return together with the Instalment Plan Agreement. Then pay your deposit and you are ready to start. Course start dates will be provided prior to ensure you are able to attend all classes.
Level 1 BSL Course
£450.00 per course

Level 2 BSL Course
£650.00 per course

Can anyone learn BSL?
Of course! As long as you have sufficient sight, sight, manual dexterity, facial and body movements to produce and receive BSL. Open to all, no barriers in learning
I am Deaf, what do I do?
Deaf BSL users can enter onto the Level 2 course, where they will learn BSL Structure & Order to enable a more in-depth understanding of their language. Or you can request your Unit Assessments only preparation (see ‘Failed Unit Assessment’)
How Do I Access My Course?
Via the internet, both courses are online only. Important you have good internet access and a suitable device to see your tutor clearly. Your tutor also needs to see you from your waist to head
How long is each course?
BSL Level 1 is 25 weeks once this course is complete you can enrol on to BSL Level 2 which is 30 weeks.
What if I fail?
Each course has 3 unit assessments, if you fail one or two units you can re-sit them until you finally pass! This is not covered in the initial course fee, it is an extra cost
How Does Online Learning Work?
Students enter Zoom or Teams via invitation from their Tutor. Ensure your head to waist is visible. You will be taught with other students and be signing straight away! BSL is a visual language, it is important you attend all classes.
