Being profoundly Deaf myself, I understand the need to break down barriers in everyday BSL communication. Which is why I decided to set up the Community Interest Company to support our Deaf Communities in everyday life. Offering BSL tuition to both deaf and hard of hearing people (gaining qualification in their own language) and hearing people to become qualified Communication Support Workers (CSWs) who then assist deaf individuals with support/guidance towards employment.
What we do.....
We aim to reduce isolation, frustration and increase independence for Deaf and hard of hearing people by:
Increasing BSL skills to everyone through our courses. Courses are open to hearing and Deaf, as many Deaf people do not have a Qualification in their own language.
Employment support and guidance in the London area. We will be offering an holistic service towards achieving your goals and aspirations

Welcome to Smile Community CIC and Deaf Support 4U BSL Tuition Centre, an organisation committed to fostering inclusive communication and empowering the Deaf Community. We are proud to be registered and approved by the prestigious Awarding Body Signature.
Our vision is to strive towards fostering an inclusive world of communication for all! We envision a future where Deaf and hard of hearing individuals can effortlessly converse with anyone, anytime, and anywhere using their native BSL language. No longer will they need to resort to makeshift communication through gestures or writing. While Deaf individuals often receive Access to Work Support in professional settings, navigating personal matters such as finances or medical appointments can still be challenging and uncomfortable without adequate support. By expanding the availability of BSL support in everyday life, we aim to empower the Deaf Community and promote greater inclusivity. Our mission is simple: to enhance the accessibility of BSL through our online courses, thereby enriching lives and fostering a more inclusive society.

Professional Certification
Qualification Certificates are provided to students passing all three units of their course, accredited by Signature and regulated by Ofqual, you will also receive unit credits towards your future studies
